This is the first and probably the most difficult of the three levels to achieve. That is, unless you have a very close relationship with your own voice. This is the part where you try to learn to listen to your own voice. I’m not saying this to brag or make you feel good about yourself. I’m simply saying that the best way to achieve this is through practice.
First, you have to practice making yourself listen to your own voice. This is hard because there are many things that you will hear that you find annoying. You may be like a person who can only listen to music at certain times. You may have a hard time hearing voices in voices at all. You may have a difficult time hearing voices in other voices. You may have a hard time hearing voices in other voices when you sing.
Practice makes perfect, and all of these things are things that we have to work on. In my case, I have to tune in to the pitch of the voices I hear. I have to focus on my own voice. The voices I have to focus on are the voices that I hear in my own head.
In the beginning I was so excited because I thought I heard the voices of my favorite artists, but a couple of times I had to turn it down because my ears would get blocked or my mind would get confused. Then I tried to get into a higher range of the music and was so tired that I couldn’t listen for more than a minute. I was so tired that I actually left the room and didn’t even come back until I had to use the bathroom.
Some people don’t realize the difference between the two. The difference is that the voices in the head will only come from your imagination (as long as you are in your room), whereas the ones you hear in your head will come from outside your room.

If you see someone in a room and they are listening to an outside audio show and a video, you can’t see the sound, because your brain goes into a state of automatic processing, which is how your brain works. The imaginary sound that you are hearing is the audio of your ears. The sound of the air you are breathing is another third party, the imaginary air that your ears are hearing. You are not hearing the sound of the air you are breathing.
