5 Real-Life Lessons About henry kingi jr

I have a friend named Henry King JR, who resides in the great state of Ohio. He is a self-proclaimed “self-learner,” and I have always enjoyed talking to him about his journey of self-discovery. His self-advocacy is well-known and well-documented, but what I want to discuss are his self-awareness and how this impacts his work.

Henry King JR is a self-described “self-learner.” If you have ever walked into a room and said to yourself, “I’m a self-learner,” you know that I am not the only one. But let me explain. Self-awareness is a major part of self-discovery, whether it’s through reading a book, going online, or talking to a friend.

I have been known to write about self-discovery for a long time, but I’ve never heard of self-discovery being considered a self-help technique. And I’ve never heard of self-awareness being a self-help technique. But you can’t go back and listen to a book without self-awareness. I know it sounds silly, but you can.

I think a lot of self-awareness is a lot of “you know,” and a lot of “if it’s true.” It helps you look at something that you’ve never seen before in a new light. So while I am definitely not saying that self-awareness is a self-help technique, I definitely think it can be a valuable guide.

I think anyone interested in self-awareness can benefit from reading a book like I Do a Book a Day, by Henry King. It’s an amazing book about a person who was able to completely forget that she was on a self-destructive journey, but then she realized she was on a self-destructive journey. She then realized it wasn’t all that bad.
